The CORE Culinary Academy (CCA) gives young people ages 11 to 18 hands-on training in a working kitchen, building the confidence, discipline, and life skills to carry them far beyond it.
What you learn in this kitchen goes with you everywhere. The discipline to follow a process, the confidence to try something hard, the habit of showing up. CCA teaches cooking. What it builds is so much more.

This Is Where It Starts

What You'll Learn
Culinary Craft
Knife skills, cooking techniques, food prep, and kitchen safety, taught by a working executive chef who brings professional standards into every session.
Professional Habits
Showing up on time, coming prepared, and listening when it matters are not just kitchen rules. They are the habits that open doors in every industry.
A Path Forward
Whether a student goes on to culinary school, an apprenticeship, or something else entirely, they leave CCA with real experience and a clearer sense of their capabilities.
